Denis: I liked the more sparse designs.. by eliminating a lot of details you all but
have to focus on the essential elements

Here is a typical fragment of a mangement plan:
1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose and Scope
- This Blatt Management Plan documents the risk management process that the Blatt Beer Team (consisting of representation from Company A, CompanyBee, CompanyCee) will use to manage the Blatt risks on the SplattBeerProgram. The BlattManagementProcess is applied continuously throuout all phases of the program's life cycle, including BeerDefinition, BeerMixing, BeerBottling and BeerShipping. The plan includes provisions for identifying and assessing BlattRisks as well as implementing executing and tracking mitigation plans.
- The plan also includes provisions for ComputerizedBlattManagement, ContinuousBlattAwareness, and integration of Blatt mangement across all elements of the program. The plan makes use of BlattIntegratedTeams, a BlattBeerTeam, BlattSupportTeams, BlattDefinitionTeams, and so on.
Note that items with a ? have not yet been defined. --MikeCompanyBee.
What do you mean by having so many teams? Can't each company elect to have a specific team for a specific purpose, or not? --MargeCompanyAyee.
